Exercising plays a vitally important part in our daily energetic life. Regular exercise has several significant advantages. The first one is that regular exercise strengthens the muscles, promotes their development and increases their efficiency. It increases our endurance and energy level. You will no longer be called “The weak and bony skeleton” or whatever your strange names if you do exercise routinely. Secondly, exercise helps us to lose weight and maintain our fitness by decreasing the index of our body mass, reducing the cholesterol and the triglyceride levels that circulate in our blood. The temperature of the body rises during exercise, which promotes the burning up of the toxic substances in our body. Thirdly, exercise improves the operation of the immune system as well as the oxygen and blood circulation towards various sections of our body. We, therefore, will not get sick easily as a non-exercising folk. Another advantage is that exercise will help us with better sleeping. Because while exercising, breathing becomes not only more rapid, but also deeper, thus making increased quantities of oxygen available and better sleep. Finally yet importantly, you will diminish the effects of stress and reduce the risk of depression. Exercises can contribute in lowering the amount of hormones that cause stress. Plus, you will forget your problems through physical activities or exercise group gathering. Summarily, there are five benefits due to usually exercise mentioned. Thus, each one of us should set aside a minimum period of 20 to 30 minutes every day for exercise.
